Reliant Industrial METAL STAMPING division was founded in 2009 due to constant growing demands of metal products from our worldwide partners. We gradually completed our metal activities and achieve today an entire metal manufacturing services: from bending, cutting to shearing, welding, coating.
Our latest investments include a full enclosure laser cutting machine and several 5-axis automated welding systems.
Reliant industrial built a manufacture plant based in the City of Jiaxing. 4 buildings totaling a surface of 12000m2 composed the actual metal and steel production site. In addition to the manufacturing space, our design office works closely with our engineers and technician staffs to assure the feasibility of every project in terms of quality and technicality.

Our design and technical team will study and give you its expertise to the workability of the project. We will control and adjust, if necessary, any flaws in the metal design.

Metal Bending
Metal bending is the simple process of applying a force into a piece of metal in order to change its shape. We bend the metal using our hydraulic presses. U- or V-shapes are our most common shapes.
Why Bending? Metal bending is a common step in metal manufacturing, it doesn’t require complicated technical work and is an economic way of transforming metal and steel.

Laser Cutting
Laser Cutting is a rather new technology. With the help of powerful computer today, we can realize complexed and high precision shapes. Once the design is approved, the laser runs on the sheet metal to perform clean edges cut and creates the desired shape in seconds .
Our laser cutting station is a full enclosure station which optimize the safety of our metal technicians by working outside of the cutting zone.

It is safe to use, it provides fast cutting process and cleaned cutting edges. Laser cutting can handle complexed shapes without damaging to material during the process. The result gives accurate desired shape.

Metal Shearing
Metal Shearing is a process to cut metal pieces to specified dimensions.
In most shearing operations, the edges of two knives, a fixed lower and a vertically moving upper blade meet progressively from one side of the metal piece to the other to shear the material like ordinary hand shears.

Welding
Welding is the liquification of a base metal with heat, then fuse together. The 3 most common welding process are MIG, stick and TIG. Welding is a good choice for all kind of industrial applications, it assures a clean and resistant joint links between metals. Welding processes are relatively easy, fast and cost effective.
Our 5 axis welding robots offers automated performances with constant quality welding. It can interact with up to 30kg-metal components.
Our automated multi welding joint machines can weld up to 15 clean joints at a time.
